Work

Live sites to open and try.

Two client sites and my own, each at its real address. Concepts are labelled as concepts.

Live site

Sharp With Maaz

An Ottawa barber’s site. Book a cut right on the page, and Maaz runs his hours and bookings from his own dashboard.

The top of sharpwithmaaz.ca on a laptop: SHARP WITH MAAZ in large letters, Book a cut and See the cuts buttons, and Maaz seated in a barber chair between rails of haircut photos.
sharpwithmaaz.ca on a phone: the name over two lines, the two buttons and Maaz in the chair.
Screenshots
  • Booking built into the page.

Customers pick a service, a day and a time, then get a confirmation email with a calendar file and a link to change or cancel.
  • More than one place, set by the hour.

Maaz works from more than one place. Each block of hours has its place, customers see the times grouped by place, and the address goes only to people who book.
  • A dashboard for Maaz.

He sees his bookings by day, with call and email links, and sets his own hours, services, prices and time off.

Live site

Go Detailing Auto Spa

A mobile detailing business in Ottawa. Open it on your phone: the packages, the areas it covers and a booking button that stays in reach.

The top of godetailing.ca on a laptop: a detailer steam-cleaning a car beside a Go Detailing van, the headline Premium Mobile Steam Detailing in Barrhaven, and a red Book my detail button.
godetailing.ca on a phone: the steam-cleaning photo, the headline and the Book my detail button.
Screenshots
  • Booking in three steps.

Customers pick a package and a time, the van comes to them, and they approve the work before paying.
  • Packages priced by vehicle.

Customers tap their vehicle type and the packages update their prices on the spot.
  • Made for phones.

The packages, the areas it covers and a booking button that stays in reach, on the screen people use first.

Live site

bilalhashimi.ca

My own site. Open it on your phone: one page, a button to email me and a button to book a call.

The top of bilalhashimi.ca on a laptop: the name Bilal Hashimi in large white letters, two buttons, a portrait, and rails of pictures on either side.
bilalhashimi.ca on a phone: the name over two lines, the two buttons and the portrait.
Screenshots
  • A video that follows the scroll.

Behind the name, a short driving clip plays forward as you scroll down and rewinds as you scroll up. After a few seconds of footage it holds still and the page carries on.
  • A lighter version for phones.

On phones the same clip is shown as a run of still frames, so the effect doesn’t wait for a video file to load.
  • Image rails, with a pause button.

Two rails of pictures drift past the portrait. A pause button stops the motion for anyone who’d rather it stayed still.

Concepts

Examples, not client results.

Two ideas for common problems. They weren’t built for a client, so there are no results to report.

  • A cook works a flat-top grill in a small diner kitchen.

    Concept

From the menu to a booked table.

An example of a restaurant site where the menu, the hours and the reservation button are never far apart.
  • An electrician on a stepladder installs a ceiling fixture in a half-finished room.

    Concept

From a quote form to a quick reply.

An example of what could happen after someone asks for a quote: the details are saved, the owner gets an alert and a reply waits for approval.

How this page works

Only what can be checked.

  1. Live sites link to the real thing.

Every live project links to its real address, so you can open it and look around.

  2. Concepts say so.

On the picture and in the text. A concept shows an approach, not a result, and its pictures are AI-generated illustrations.

  3. No numbers without a source.

Results, ratings and client names only appear when there’s a real source and the owner agrees.
